• What are your Ingredients?

    We use all-natural, fresh, humane grade ingredients, some of which are vegan, organic, and gluten free. When the season allows, we purchase our fruits and vegetables from local farms. Your pups & kitties are sure to agree that our treats taste and smell amazing, but the best part is our treats also have nutritional value for your pets!

  • What is your processing time & shipping policy?

    We know that your pets are going to be so excited to receive their Roxie’s Barkery products! We try our best to pack your order the day we receive it! When we are unable to pack it the day of please allow at least 2 days for us to pack your order. Once it is in USPS or UPS’s hands it can take 2-4 days to arrive to you.

    If choosing in-store pick up at checkout, processing time will be shorter. Please wait to pick up your order until you receive the email stating your order is ready for pick up. Please note our hours when choosing in-store pick up.

    We currently use USPS or UPS as our carrier. Please note shipping rates and processing times are changing regularly. Therefore, our shipping rate and processing time is subject to change at any point.

    Please note at this time we are unable to offer international shipping. We apologize for the inconvenience.

  • What if my dog has allergies or sensitivites?

    Always contact us via email if your pup has a food sensitivity or allergy. Most of our recipes can be adjusted to suit the needs of pups with dietary restrictions. We don't want any pups missing out on our “Barking Good Biscuits!”

  • What if biscuits arrive broken?

    We take extra precautions when packing up your treats especially with Roxie manning quality control. However, unfortunately we cannot guarantee that carriers will be as cautious with your package, therefore biscuits could possibly arrive broken. If this does happen, we are unable to refund or replace. If your entire package has been tampered with please contact us with photos of the damaged product(s) and its packaging, as we may need proof to claim the cost of the items and postage and we will in-turn send you a new package.

  • Do you offer wholesale?

    Yes! Please contact us via email to set up a wholesale agreement. We are currently in several local stores and look forward to continuing to expand!

  • How to store our all-natural biscuits?

    Since our treats are all-natural we recommend transferring your treats into an airtight container, refrigerating or freezing the treats, or always making sure the bag they come in is sealed air tight.

    After treating your pup, please reseal your bag completely or transfer treats to an airtight container. Treats may be stored in the following conditions:

    - Airtight Container or bag : up to 6 months in the right conditions.

    - Fridge: 1 year.

    - Freezer: 1-2 years.

    Please note above recommendations can vary based on the climate your treats are being kept in. Avoid humidity and moisture the best you can. A tightly sealed bag or tightly sealed container is highly recommended.

  • Can my dog eat the entire cake?

    This depends on the size of your pup and the size of the cake. Our cakes are intended to be given as a special treat, they are not a meal replacement. We recommend feeding the cake in small portions. Cakes can be kept in the refrigerator for up to 3 days and freezer for up to 3 months.

  • Do you offer refunds/returns? (online)

    Once you place your order we can not cancel it. We do not accept refunds or returns for any reason unless the products have come to you damaged. We recommend double-checking the product is right for your pet before you place the order.

    We do allow exchanges on accessories that do not fit and need a different size within 3 days of purchase. Please read the section dedicated to this process.

    If your entire package has been tampered with please contact us with photos of the damaged product(s) and its packaging, as we may need proof to claim the cost of the items and postage and we will in-turn send you a new package as long as we have the items in stock.

    *Broken biscuits are possible as stated above, broken biscuits will not be accepted for return, refund, or exchange.

  • The product I bought doesn't fit my pet. Can I exchange it? (online)

    If a product does not fit your pet, you may request to exchange it up to 3 days after you have received your product only as long as we have them in stock. The product MUST be undamaged and barely worn. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping back the product.

  • Can I return or exchange a toy my dog ripped?

    Destruction of toys is inevitable! We do not offer refunds, exchanges or returns on products due to pets ripping them up. We do not make any of the toys we sell. Every pet is different when it comes to toys, we can’t guarantee how your pets will be with a toy even after testing on our pup managers. We are always looking for and finding more durable toys, but we can not guarantee how long a toy will last for your pet and we will not promote any of the products we sell as chew proof.

  • Do you offer returns/refunds in-store?

    We do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges on any of our toys, treats, chews, home decor, or health/wellness products. We do allow exchanges on pet accessories that do not fit and need a different size within 5 days of purchase from our store, as long as we have the accessory in stock. The accessory must be in original condition and can not be damaged or noticeably worn. The accessory must have all tags still on and you must have a receipt on hand.

    We have the right to refuse any exchange on accessories noticeably worn, damaged, and used.
